摘　　要：目的了解桂林市免疫规划工作现状,找出薄弱环节,为制定免疫规划工作措施提供科学依据。方法根据《广西免疫规划工作质量综合评审方案》对全市12县免疫规划工作进行评估。结果我市12县免疫规划工作运行良好,免疫规划管理工作井然有序的开展,但经费及人员配置不足、合格接种率低、漏卡、疫苗管理混乱是影响该市免疫规划综合质量的主要因素。结论加大计划免疫工作力度及经费、人员的投入,建立免疫规划工作追究责任制,是全面提升我市免疫规划工作的关键。Objective To understand the status quo of implementation of immune program in Guilin in order to providescientific basis for improving immune program measures.Methods According to ＂The Comprehensive Evaluation Plan ofGuangxi Immune Program Working Quality＂the immune program working quality in 12 counties of Guilin was evaluated.Results The immune programs of Guilin’stwelve counties were implemented well,the immune program management was in astate of stability.However,the insufficient number of personnel and poor distribution of funds,low qualified vaccination rate,themissing of signing the injected record,and the disorderly management of the vaccines were the main influential elements to lowthe comprehensive qualities of the immune program in Guilin.Conclusion The key problem is to increase investment in theimmune program,and properly replenish personnel;as well as establish a system of immune program work responsibility.
