摘 要:目的探讨流感病毒(IV)感染与急性心肌梗死(AMI)的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测74例AMI患者和77例对照组IV-A、IV-B抗体及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的水平,并对冠心病危险因素进行调查。结果 AMI组IV-AIgG、IV-BIgG阳性率及IL-18、hsCRP水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且IgG水平与IL-18、hsCRP呈正相关。校正冠心病危险因素前后,IV-A和IV-BIgG阳性均与AMI有相关性。结论 IV感染可能激发或加重冠状动脉内炎性反应,IL-18和hsCRP参与AMI的病理过程。Objective To study the association between influenza virus infection and acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods 74 patients with AMI(AMI group),77 healthy controls were enrolled(control group). For all subjects,antibodies specific for IV-A and IV-B,levels of interleukin-18 (IL-18) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP) were measured by ELISA. Meanwhile,the risk factors of coronary heart disease were investigated.Results The positive rates of antibodies specific for IV-A and IV-B IgG,and levels of IL-8 and hsCRP in AMI group were all significantly higher than those in control group. For AMI group,there was positive correlation between level of IgG and levels of IL-8 and hsCRP. After the adjustment of cardiovascular risk factors,IV-A and IV-B IgG antibodies were both correlated with AMI.Conclusion There could be significant correlation between influenza virus infection and AMI.IL-18 and hsCRP may be involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction by inducing and accelerating coronary artery inflammation.
