摘　　要：该脱硅试验其目的主要是降低铁水中的Si含量,为炼钢提供合格铁水。本文对铁水预脱硅的原理、工艺等进行了阐述,温度对脱硅反应影响小,所以该试验采用了同一温度下进行,经试验表明,一次性投入过多脱硅剂不会增加脱硅速度。加强搅拌有利于提高脱硅效率。Desilication test is to reduce the silicon content and provide qualitied liquid iron.The article describes the principle and process of pre-desiliconization, in the initial stage of desiliconization.The test results showed that desiliconization velocity can not be increased by more desiliconization agent addition at one time but intensifying melt stirring is significant for the desiliconization velocity.
