摘　　要：全球金融危机凸显越南经济增长方式的困境,经济转型刻不容缓,因此越南政府已正式提出在后金融危机时期,越南经济必须尽快实现转型,转型方向是中长期发展战略思维转型和实现经济增长方式调整及经济结构战略重组,转型目标是到2020年实现国家工业化和现代化。The global financial crisis has displayed the dilemma of growth model of Vietnamese economy, which makes it imminent for the economic transformation, and the direction is to change the developing strategy and the structure of the national economy in the aim of realizing the national industrialization ＆ modernization in the year of 2020.
