摘　　要：在中国—东盟自由贸易区背景下,本文通过对中越两国高等教育领域合作的现状分析,总结存在的问题,并就中越两国政府签署《中越关于相互承认高等教育学历和学位的协定》后两国高等教育领域合作的发展趋势进行研究,进而提出促进两国的经济发展和人力资源培训合作的对策。U nder the background of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, through the status analysis on the cooperation of Sino-Vietnam higher education, the paper summarizes the existing problems, and researches on the developing trends of bilateral cooperation in the field of higher education after ＂Sino-Vietnam Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications and Degrees＂ was signed between two governments, and then put forward three main strategies to promote the bilateral economic development cooperation and human resources training.
