摘 要:以化工综合废水为研究对象,采用Fenton-絮凝法对某化工园区综合废水进行研究。考察了Fenton反应时间、初始pH值、H2O2投加量、Fe2+投加量、絮凝初始pH值以及絮凝剂投加量等因素对处理水质的影响。在Fenton反应时间为60 min,初始pH值为3.5,H2O2及FeSO4.7H2O投加量分别为6.5 mmol/L及600 mg/L,絮凝初始pH值为6.5,PAM投加量为0.9 mg/L的条件下,原水CODCr、浊度和色度去除率分别达到78.86%、96.64%和98.65%,m(BOD5)/m(CODCr)由原水的0.18左右提高到0.5以上,可生化性明显提高。Taking chemical integrated wastewater as the research object, an experiment of Fenton- flocculation process treating integrated wastewater from a chemical park was carried out. The influences of Fenton reaction time, initial pH value, dosage of H2O2 and Fe2+, initial pH value of the flocculation, floeeulant dosage and some other factors on the treatment effect were investigated. It could be seen that, when the Fenton reaction time was 60 min, the initial pH value was 3.5, the dosage of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O were 6.5 mmol/L and 600 mg/L respectively, the initial pH value of the floceulation was 6.5, the PAM dosage was 0.9 mg/L, the removal rates of CODCr turbidity and chroma in the raw water reached 78.86%, 96.64% and 98.65% respectively, the m(BODs)/ re(CODer) increased from 0.18 to above 0.5, the biodegradability of the wastewater was significantly improved.
