摘 要:在pH值分别为3.0和10.0的条件下,以不调节pH值作对比,研究了10~15℃下混合污泥水解酸化过程中NH3-N和PO43--P的释放规律,并对鸟粪石法回收氮磷做了可行性分析。结果表明,强碱能够促进NH3-N大量释放,第10天时其释放量接近最大16.80 mg/g[TS],pH值为3.0可抑制氨氮的释放。与NH3-N相反,PO43--P的释放量大小为pH值为3.0>空白>pH值为10.0,酸性条件反应12 d时其释放量接近最大,为8.52 mg/g[TS]。宜选用酸性条件反应12 d作为鸟粪石回收的最佳条件,但因Ca2+对鸟粪石形成的严重干扰,需要采取合理的措施将其去除后才能有利于鸟粪石的形成。Taking the condition under uncontrolled pH as the contrast, the rules of NH3-N and PO43--P release during the hydrolysis acidification of mixed sludge at 10 - 15℃ with the pH controlled at 3.0 and 10.0 were studied respectively, and then, the feasibility of using struvite precipitation method to recover nitrogen and phosphorus was evaluated. The results showed that, strong alkali could facilitate the release of NH3-N; the release amount was close to the maximum: 16.80 mg/g[TS] on the 10th day, and the process was inhibited at pH 3.0. Contrary to the release of NH3-N, the release amount of PO43--P under different pH conditions showed a descending order as follows: at pH 3.0 〉 blank test 〉 at pH 10.0, the release amount reached the maximum: 8.52 mg/gETS] after 12 days of reaction under acidic condition. It was advisable to consider 12 days of reaction under acidic condition as the optimal operating condition for the struvite precipitation. However, due to the serious interference of Ca2+ to the struvite formation, rational measures to removing Ca2+ should be taken first so as to benefit the struvite formantion.
