摘　　要：原油长输管道密闭输油工艺的工况复杂,为保证管道及输油泵机组的安全运行,SCADA控制系统及安全联锁保护系统稳定可靠的运行是安全平稳输油的保障。结合潍坊东临复线的安全联锁保护功能的实现,介绍密闭输油工艺通常采取的保护措施;通过东营首站因为压力源的瞬间扰动造成联锁保护系统动作导致跳泵的案例分析,提出该保护系统存在的缺陷及改进措施。The working conditions of closed oil transportation process with long distance pipeline are complex.To ensure the pipelines and pump running safely,the efficient running of the reliable SCADA control system and safe interlock protective system is the safeguard for safe and stable oil transportation.Combining with the successful implementation of safety protection interlock function in Weifang Donglin double oil pipelines,the safety interlock protection in common use is introduced.By analysising of the case of pump stopping because of source of pressure transient disturbances which causes interlock system in action,the deficiencies and improvement measures for the protection system is proposed.
