摘  要:目的测定霉茶及其原植物中总黄酮的含量。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以蛇葡萄素为对照品,在311nm处测定总黄酮的含量。结果黄酮类化合物在0.002-0.016 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.88%,RSD=0.38%(n=6),霉茶及其原植物中总黄酮平均含量分别为33.72%和40.32%。结论本测定方法简便快速,稳定可靠,可用于霉茶中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids of the Meicha and original plant with UV Spectrophotometry.Method otal Flavones was assayed by UV Spectrophotometry to establish the quality control,The ampelopsin was used as a standard compound and the total flavonoids wad quantitated by measurement of the absorbance at 311 nm.Result The method was linear in the range of 0.002-0.016 mg/mL of the flavonoids(coefficient correlation was 0.9999);the average of recovery was 99.88%.RSD=0.38%(n=6).The content of total flavonoids of Meicha and the original plant were 33.72% and 40.32%.Conclusion Assayed of Meicha total flavonoids by UV Spectrophotometry was simple and fast.
