摘 要:阀室在油气长输管线中起着重要的节点作用,近年来随着管线整体自动化水平的提高,管线全程数据的自动采集和控制使得手动阀室已逐步被远控阀室所取代。长输管线沿途阀室地理位置各不相同,多数处于偏僻地区,无人值守,环境条件恶劣,实现阀室远程控制、数据的远程传输首先必须解决阀室的供电问题。结合长输管线阀室所处地域的供电条件、气象、地理环境以及燃料供应等特点,介绍了远控阀室可采用的几种不同的供电方式及每种供电方式适用的具体场合。最后根据实际工程设计经验,结合输油、输气管道工程设计规范对电源负荷的设计要求,给出了两种常见的长输管线远控阀室的典型供电系统接线原理图。Valve chamber works as an important joint in oil and gas long distance pipeline. With the improvement of the whole pipeline's automation level in recent years, manual valve chamber has been replaced by remote control valve chamber gradually with the technology support of automatic data acquisition and control. Considered the different geographic location of valve chamber in long distance pipeline, out-of-the-way, unattended and adverse environmental condition, the power must be supplied before the realization of data remote transmission and control. Several different kinds of power supply systems adopted in remote control valve chamber are introduced in this paper, combining the special geographic location of valve chamber, such as power supply condition, meteorology, geographical environment, fuel supply etc.. Based on practical project design experience and power load requirement in code for design of oil/gas transmission pipeline engineering, two typical schematic diagram of power supply systems applied in practical project are approached.
