摘 要:2010年4月-2010年9月,采用静态箱-气相色谱法,研究了晴天日条件下华北南部低丘山地34年生的侧柏人工林林地土壤呼吸变化特征及其与撂荒地的差异。结果表明:撂荒地和侧柏林土壤呼吸速率月变化趋势均呈单峰曲线,且土壤呼吸速率最大值均出现在7或8月份。观测日侧柏林土壤呼吸速率平均值为3.853μmol/(m2.s),比撂荒地的6.937μmol/(m2.s)约低44.5%。土壤温度和湿度是影响侧柏林地土壤呼吸的主要因子,双关因素模型R=aebTswc(a,b,c为常数)较好拟合了土壤温度和湿度对土壤呼吸的影响,二者共同解释了土壤呼吸变化的81.1%,而影响撂荒地土壤呼吸速率的主要影响因子是土壤温度,与土壤湿度相关不明显。During the growing season of 2010,in order to determine the difference of soil respiration between the 34-year-old Platycladus orientalis plantation and abandoned land,soil respiration rate was measured with the static chamber-gas chromatography method in the south hilly region of North China.The seasonal variation curves of soil respiration on the plantation and abandoned land both had a single peak during the study period.The largest soil respiration rate occurred in July or August.Average soil respiration on the plantation during the studied period was 3.853 μmol/(m2·s) less than the abandoned land(6.937 μmol/(m2·s),about 44.5% lower,significantly.Soil temperature and water content were the major impact factors on the soil respiration of the plantation.The two variables model,R= aebTswc(where a,b and c are model parameters)were able to describe the soil respiration as a function of soil temperature and moisture well.It could explain 81.1% seasonal variations of soil respiration on the plantation.But for the abandoned land,soil respiration was controlled mostly by soil temperature and there was no significant correlation between the soil respiration rate and soil water content in the studied abandoned land.
