摘　　要：厕浴间渗漏是住宅建筑工程较为常见的质量通病,也是住户经常投诉的重点。本文通过对规范、规程与实际案例的阐述,剖析其产生的主因,从设计、材料、施工及验收等方面和环节提出防治对策。Leaking toilet and bathroom are more common in residential construction quality defects ,but also the focus of complaints from tenants often. Based on the norms, procedures and the actual case described ,the main reason to analyze the production ,from design, materials, construction and acceptance of other aspects and links proposed counter- measures.
