球囊压力在PKP治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的分析球囊压力在皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折中的疗效影响。方法 2007年3月～2010年6月,收治骨折患者56例,其中新鲜骨折36例,陈旧骨折20例。记录术中球囊压力、骨水泥注入量及术前、术后痛觉视觉评分,分析其间关系。结果分差亦即术前评分与术后评分之差与压力差成正相关,P<0.001,具有统计学意义。与低压成正相关,P<0.001,具有统计学意义。与年龄呈负相关,P<0.05。结论 PKP球囊撑开治疗绝经期和老年性骨质疏松性骨折或者陈旧骨折疗效显著,手术中灌注骨水泥时球囊压力反映了椎体的承重能力。年龄越大,性别因素对骨质疏松性骨折的影响越小。Objective To analyze the relationship between balloon pressure and effectiveness of percutaneous kyphoplasty（PKP） for senile osteoporotic fracture. Methods From 2007 to 2010,56 patients with menopause and senile osteoporotic fractures were treated,including 36 cases of fresh fractures and 20 cases of old fractures.The balloon pressure,the bone cement injection volume during the operation,and visual pain scores before and after operation were recorded. Results The difference of visual pain scores before and after operation was correlated positively with that of balloon pressure（P〈0.001）,positively with low balloon pressure（P〈0.001）,and negatively with age（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PKP for menopause and senile osteoporotic fractures is significantly effective.The balloon pressure during bone cement injection reflects the loading capacity of spine vertebrae.The greater the age,the less gender factors on the osteoporotic fractures.
