摘　　要：目的探讨防旋股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation,PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法运用防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗25例股骨转子间骨折。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访6个月～12个月。随访按Har-ris评分:优9例,良13例,可3例,优良率达88%。结论 PFNA具有创伤小,并发症少,固定牢靠,防旋、防切割等特点,是目前治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法之一。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the proximal femoral nail of anti-rotation （PFNA） for patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Twenty-five patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with PFNA. Results All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years. According to Harris score, hip joint function was excellent in 9 cases, good in 13, and fair in 3. The total effective rate was 88~. Conclusion PFNA has the advantages of rainimal trauma, few complications, anti-rotation and anti-cutout. PFNA is an ideal internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
