摘  要:目的:观察广西山油柑叶提取物对小鼠离体肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:通过小鼠离体肠段实验,观察不同浓度的山油柑叶提取物对小鼠正常离体肠收缩活动的影响和对Ach和BaCl2引起离体肠兴奋的拮抗作用。结果:山油柑叶提取物在终浓度为1~12mg生药/ml浓度范围内,在给药后的15min内均能显著降低小鼠正常肠段收缩能力(P<0.05或P<0.01);在终浓度为4~12mg生药/ml浓度范围内,山油柑叶提取物可使Ach和BaCl2作用下的肠肌收缩张力减小(P<0.01);且均与剂量呈正相关关系。结论:广西山油柑叶提取物能明显松弛小鼠正常离体肠收缩和拮抗Ach和BaCl2引起的肠兴奋作用。objective :To observe the effects of extractive from acronychiapedunculata leaves on contraction of mice intestinal smooth muscles in vitro and explore the possible mechanisms. Methods:The mice isolated intestines were used to observe the effect on normal mice intestinal contraction and the intestinal stimulated antagonism to acetylcholine and barium chloride by extractive from acronychia pedunculata leaves at different concentrations. Results :Within the final concentration range between 1MG-12MG crude drugs ml-1, extractive from acronychia pedunculata leaves significantly reduced the contractility of normal mice intestinal smooth muscles in 15MIN after administration with a dose-dependent manner (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Under the actions of acetylcholine and barium chloride, extractive from acronychia pedunculata also declined the contractile tension of mice intestinal smooth muscles at the concentration range from 4MG-12MG crude drugsm1-1 with a dose-dependent manner (P〈0.01). Conclusion:Extractive from acronychia pedunculata leaves growing in Guangxi can significantly loose the contraction of normal mice intestines and analogize the intestinal stimulation caused by acetylcholine and barium chloride.
