摘　　要：应用契约理论构建分包合同的激励模型,拟在业主与承包商间常用的成本加酬金合同模式思路的基础上,建立类似的分包合同模式。模型的建立可以为总承包商和分包商进行不同合同模式下的不同效用情况的判断提供定量分析的工具。The incentive model of subcontract was constructed by contract theory.It was intended to establish such subcontract pattern as cost-plus-fee contract pattern which is used commonly between the owner and the contractor.The incentive models can be used for general contractors and subcontractors on different contract patterns under the different utility cases,and provides a quantitative analysis tool.
