摘  要:煤颗粒特性对煤在流化床锅炉燃烧过程中灰渣的形成特性影响很大。将义马烟煤按煤颗粒的粒径和灰含量分为数个规格,在小型流化床反应炉上进行煤颗粒粒径对灰渣形成特性的试验研究。结果表明,随着灰含量的增加,煤颗粒粒径对底渣粒径分布的影响逐渐增加;随着煤粒径的增大,底渣份额降低,但降低的幅度随着灰含量的增加而减小;灰含量低的煤颗粒燃尽率与煤颗粒粒径之间没有明显的规律,灰含量高的煤颗粒燃尽率随着煤颗粒粒径的增加而降低。The property of coal particles has very large influence upon the formation behavior of ash and slag in the combustion process of CFB boilers.The Yima bituminous coal has been divided into several categories according to the coal particle size and its ash content.The test study on the influence of coal particle size upon the formation behavior of ash and slag has been carried out in a small CFB reaction furnace.Results show that the influence of coal particle distribution upon the particle size distribution of bottom slags is gradually increased as the the ash content in coal is increased,the share of bottom slag is reduced as the coal particle size is increased,however,the reduced magnitude is decreased as the ash content in coal is increased.The burn-away rate of coal particles with low ash content hasn't remarkable regularity with the coal particle size,but the burn-away rate of coal particles with high ash content is reduced as the coal particle size is increased.
