摘 要:北方某空冷机组电厂的废水零排放系统采用"气浮除油→石灰软化→重力滤池→离子交换软化→反渗透"工艺处理电厂废水。简要介绍其工艺流程,并对各主要处理设施进行性能试验。结果表明:该废水零排放系统出水的各项水质指标达到设计要求,但离子交换软化系统自用水率为7.03%,高于设计值限(5%)。此外,因反渗透膜的最佳运行pH范围为6~8,反渗透进水pH值偏低,致使化学清洗较为频繁。The zero wastewater discharging system in a power plant with air-cooled units situated in Northern China adopts a wastewater treatment process as in the following:air floation for oil removalwater softening using limegravity filter tankwater softening by ion exchangereverse osmosis.The technological process has been briefly presented,and the performance test of main treatment equipments being carried out.The results of test show that the quality indices of effluent water from said zero discharging system reaches the requirement of design,however,the self-using water for water softening system with ion exchange is 7.03%,being higher than the designed value of≤5%.In addition,the reverse osmosis facility uses membrane with highest desalting rate at pH value 6~8,making the chemical cleaning to be more frequent.
