摘 要:分析了普通小混床法、钠型小混床法(微碱法)、加碱法、加缓蚀剂法和智能净化法等各种发电机内冷却水处理方式的特点及运行经济性和安全性,给出了各方法可达到的技术指标。结果表明,智能净化法的初投资与运行成本最低,运行、检修工作量最小,技术指标最好。采用智能净化法处理发电机内冷水,内冷水水质可完全满足新标准的要求。The features as well as economic efficiency and safety in operatio of various treatment modes for internal cooling water in generators,such as the commonly used small mixed bed method,the sodium type small mixed bed method(micro alkaline method),the adding alkali method,the inhibitor method,and the intelligent purification method etc.,have been analysed,and the technical indices can be reached from each method being given.Results of comparison show that the adoptation of intelligent purification method for treatment of internal cooling water in generators has the lowest initial capital investment and the lowest cost in operation,the amount of operation and repair works being minimum,and the technical indices being the best.
