摘 要:凝结水精处理系统混床运行的终点通常只靠氢电导率指标予以控制,其缺点是终点判断不够准确。离子色谱仪可快速、准确地检测出高纯水中痕量杂质离子含量,因而可辅助混床运行终点的判断。此外,当凝结水精处理系统混床运行和再生出现问题时还可利用离子色谱测试技术分析问题所在。结合电厂实际,详细介绍离子色谱测试技术在凝结水精处理系统中运用的情况。The end point of mixed bed operation in condensate polishing system is commonly cotrolled only by hydrogen conductivity index,its defect is unaccurate judgement of the end point.The ion chromatography can rapidly and accurately detect the ion content of trace impurities in highly pure water,hence,it is helpful to judge the end point of mixed bed operation.Furthermore,in the case of problem occurring in mixed bed operation and regeneration of the condensate polishing system,the ion chromatographic technology can also be used to analyse where the problem lies.Combined with practice in power plants,the application situation of ion chromatographic technology in condensate polishing systems has been presented in detail.
