来适可对高脂血症患者小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响

摘　　要：观察来适可对高脂血症患者血清小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(small,dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,sdLDL-C)的影响。以40例高脂血症患者为治疗组,20名正常健康人为正常对照组。治疗组病人每日晚口服40mg来适可,共服4周。服药前后常规测定血脂和sdLDL-C的含量。结果显示:治疗组服用来适可后血清TC、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、TG显著降低(P<0.01);治疗组调脂治疗前sdLDL-C占低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的相对值及sdLDL-C含量明显高于正常对照组。调脂治疗4周后,治疗组sdLDL-C占LDL-C的相对值及sdLDL-C的实际含量显著下降,分别为45±12 vs 39±10、1.66±0.41 vs 1.13±0.21,均为P<0.05。结论:来适可在调节血脂水平的同时可有效降低sdLDL-C的含量。To investigate the effect of Laishike on serum small,dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in hyperlipemia patients and to assess effects of lipid-lowering therapy of Laishike,40 hyperlipemia patients were selected as treatment group,and 20 normal persons as control group took part in the experiments.The patients took 40mg Laishike orally everyday for 4 weeks.The serum TC and TG in patients and normal control were detected by enzyme methods.The serum lipid level of sdLDL-C was examined by the automatic analyzer.Various indexes were measured before and after lipid-lowering therapy.The results showed that compared with that in control group,the small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（sdLDL-C） in treatment group was obviously elevated.After lipid-lowering therapy,the levels of sdLDL-C were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）.The Laishike could lower the lipid levels and also can decrease the distribution levels of sdLDL-C.
