摘　　要：结合清洁标签的背景,介绍了发酵面食产品的标签使用现状,分析了发酵面食产品推行清洁标签制度的解决方案,进一步说明了清洁标签能促进发酵面食健康发展。Combined with the background of clean label,the present situation of label of fermented pasta products was introduced and the solution of implementing clean label systems of fermented pasta products was analyzed,which tells clean label can promote the development of fermented pasta.
