摘  要:单支撑超超临界1 000 MW机组在浙江已投产8台,逐渐成为电网的主力机组,其安全运行直接关系到电网的稳定,而振动是影响机组安全运行最主要的参数之一。通过对浙江省内已投产的8台1 000 MW汽轮发电机组常见振动问题的诊断处理,分析不稳定振动的产生原因,并对补汽阀投运产生的振动、励磁机过临界振动大等问题进行了阐述,为同类机组振动问题的处理提供参考。Eight ultra supercritical 1 000 MW steam turbine units supported by single bearing have already been put in operation in Zhejiang province.This kind of units have gradually become dominant in power grid.Its operational safety is directly related to the stability of power grid,and the vibration is among the foremost parameters that affect the safe operation of units.This paper performs the diagnosis and treatment of the common vibration problems of these eight units,analyzes the reasons for unstable vibration and elaborates the problems including the excessive vibration of the running overload valve and exciter reaching critical velocity etc.It can serve as a reference for other units of the same type.
