摘 要:随着全球化浪潮的高涨,中国国家形象战略面临难得的历史机遇,也面临种种挑战。其原因在于:社会制度的差异;国家利益的博弈;意识形态中的"刻板印象"或防范心理;文化交流与国际传播能力的制约。面对挑战,中国国家形象调整在战略思想上倡导"和谐"价值理念,构建国际社会认同;在战略目标定位上奉行"新国际主义"原则;在战略手段上更加灵活,注重"整体形象"的塑造和"内外形象"的协调统一;在舆论宣传上更加主动、及时、理性和务实。With the rising of globalization,the strategy of Chinese national image faces rare historical opportunity and also faces challenges.The external reasons for that the strategy of Chinese national image of the challenges faces are the differences in social system,national interests,the stereotype or guard psychology in the ideology,the constraints in cultural exchange and the capacity in international transmission.In the face of challenge,the strategy of Chinese national image makes new adjustments.In the respect of strategic ideas China actively advocates the "harmony" value and constructs the identity conformity of international society.In the orientation of strategic objectives China actively abides by new principles of internationalism.In the strategic means China becomes more flexible and pays attention to the shaping of the "overall image" and the harmony and unity of "internal and external image." In the publicity China becomes more active,timely rational and practical.
