摘　　要：目的探讨嘉兴地区老年人社会支持及其影响因素。方法随机抽取嘉兴市城镇和农村老年人1 200人,采用社会支持评定量表进行测量。结果社区老年人社会支持总分为(42.14±9.46)分,高于国内常模(P<0.01)。文化和家庭因素是社会支持的主要影响因素。结论加强社区文化建设、建立和谐家庭是提高老年人社会支持的主要途径,可改善老年人心理健康状况,促进老年人身体健康。Objective To investigate social support and its influencing of the elderly in Jiaxing areaa,nd to explore a way to deal with improve the social support of the elderly in community.Methods One thousand and two hundred people were randomly selected from urban and rural community of Jiaxing city,and social support rating scale was used to measure them.Results The total scores ofsocial supportwere 42.14±9.46,andthey were significantly higher than those of the national norm（ P〈0.01）.Culture and family factors were the major influences of the elderly by mul-tiple linear regression analysis.Conclusions Enhancing construction of community culture and establishment har-monious family social may improve mental health and somatic health of the elderly.
