摘 要:圆筒型永磁直线电机作为线性驱动装置,需要从旋转运动到直线运动的机械结构转换,同时磁场沿轴向均匀分布,起动推力易受到电压波动的影响,因此其设计与分析的方法与传统的旋转电机有所不同.以Ansys软件为工具,对径向充磁圆筒型直线电机的磁场分布和电磁推力进行了计算,并将其计算结果与轴向充磁圆筒型永磁直线电机的计算结果进行了分析比较.结果表明,径向充磁圆筒型直线电机的控制平稳性能更高.The cylindrical permanent-magnet linear motor(PMLM),as a linear driving device,requires for the mechanical structure transformation from rotation to linear motion while the magnetic field is of uniform distribution and the starting thrust liable to being impacted by the fluctuation of voltages,which results in the designing and analytic schemes of CPMLM are somewhat different from those of the conventional motors.By taking ANSYS software as tools,this paper calculates the electro-magnetic thrust and the magnetic field distribution of the cylinder radial magnetizing PMLM,and makes an analytic comparison between its result and that of the cylinder axial magnetizing PMLM,which demonstrates that the stable control performance of the cylinder radial magnetizing PMLM is much better.
