摘　　要：通过研究发达国家内河航道建设资金来源及特点,在分析我国现行内河航道建设资金主要筹措模式的基础上,结合南京航道发展需求,提出了南京内河航道建设资金筹措建议。Through a study on the features of investment and finance for inland waterway construction in developed countries,on the basis of analysis on the current methods of funding for Chinese inland waterway construction,this paper makes suggestions about raising funds ways for inland waterway construction considering the needs of waterway transportation development of Nanjing.
