摘  要:以钛酸四正丁酯为催化剂,己二酸和二缩三乙二醇为反应原料,合成了聚己二酸三甘醇酯。实验结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.20∶1.0,催化剂用量为醇酸总质量的0.5%,常压下反应温度200℃,反应时间4h,真空度-0.090MPa时反应温度210℃,反应时间3h,封端剂与己二酸的摩尔比0.08∶1.0,酯化率可达99.85%。产品聚己二酸三甘醇酯的数均相对分子质量(Mn)为6827,重均相对分子质量(Mw)为6593,相对分子质量分布指数为1.04,具有窄分布性。产品的粘度为3.23Pa·s(25℃),具有较好的流动性。Poly triethyleneglycol adipate was prepared from adipate and triethyleneglycol, catalyzed by tetrabutyl titanate. The results of experiments showed the best reaction conditions of esterification were described as follows: molar ratio of triethyleneglycol to adipate 1.20:1.0, amount of catalyst 0.50% (based on the mass of acid and alcohol), reaction temperature under normal atmosphere 200 ℃, reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature under vacuum (-0.090 MPa) 210 ℃, reaction time 3 h, molar ratio of chain-end reagent to adipate 0.08:1.0. Esterification yield is greater than 99.85%. Number-average molecular weight (Mn) of polytriethyleneglyeol adipate is 6827 and the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of it is 6593, the polydispersity index is 1.04, so molecular weight distribution of the product is narrow. The viscosity of product is 3.23 Pa-s under 25℃, having good liquidity.
