过电流对电线绝缘材料结构、组成及热稳定性的影响

摘　　要：采用大电流发生器对聚氯乙烯绝缘电线和阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电线进行不同程度的过电流热老化试验,采用扫描电镜、傅立叶变换红外光光谱仪和热重分析仪分析所获得的样品。研究结果表明,过电流发热引起的热老化直接导致电线绝缘材料的韧性下降,脆性增加;随着老化程度的增加,样品中的C=O和C=C双键吸收峰增强,并新出现氢键特征吸收峰,说明电线绝缘电阻随着老化时间的增加而下降;样品的热分解起始温度随着热老化程度的增加而提高,分解百分率降低。The current-supplying device was applied to overload heat-aging experiment on PVC insulted wire and flame-retardant PVC insulted wire.Scan electric microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and thermal gravity analyzer were used to analyze the samples.The results showed that with the aging time,the toughness of wire insulation degrades and tends to crack;when the aging time increases,the absorption peaks of C=C and C=O double bonds are enhanced,and new characteristic absorption peak of hydrogen appears,which indicate the undermining of electricity insulation performance;as the increase of aging time,the thermal degradation temperature increases,and the weight loss percentage decrease.
