摘　　要：针对文物古建筑天津利顺德大饭店的现状和装修改造过程中的消防设计问题,如防火分区、疏散通道、防火间距、人员疏散的安全性、中庭自动喷水系统和自然排烟系统等,结合火灾模拟研究结果,从硬件和软件两方面确定文物古建筑火灾防控的重点和技术措施。Against the situation and fire design problems during the renovation of Astor Hotel Tianjin,such as fire district,evacuation path,fire interval,evacuation safety,automatic sprinkler system and natural ventilation system of the courtyard,and combining the results of fire simulation,the keys and technical measures of ancient buildings fire prevention were discussed in points of hardware and software.
