摘 要:基槽开挖是沉管隧道施工的关键工序,对其进行实时监测显得尤为重要。通过应用水面GPS技术、水下声纳技术及其综合分析,对广州仑头-生物岛隧道工程的基槽在开挖前、初挖成型后、精挖后及管段沉放前进行了质量检测,进而展示施工现况并提出施工建议,从而实现以非常规检测手段达到实时监控水下施工作业质量的要求。检测结果表明,本文提出的检测方案适用于广州仑头-生物岛隧道工程基槽的水下检测,该方案对于类似沉管隧道工程的检测具有借鉴价值。Because foundation trench excavation is the key process of immersed tube tunnel construction,its real-time monitoring is very important.Using GPS technology,underwater sonar technology and their comprehensive analysis,the underwater quality detections of foundation trench in Guangzhou Luntou-Shengwudao tunnel project have been made for different working conditions(such as before the excavation,after formation in early digging,after the meticulous digging and before tube sinking),and then the status of construction is displayed and the proposals to construction are put forward.Thus a real-time monitoring has achieved to the operation quality of underwater construction by the unconventional means.The test results show that the proposed detection scheme is applicable to underwater detections of foundation trench in Guangzhou Luntou-Shengwudao tunnel.This scheme will have a reference value for the detection of similar immersed tube tunnel.
