摘 要:岩巷的快速施工受地质条件、机械化程度、施工技术等因素影响,岩巷机械化高效掘进和岩巷欠帐一直是制约矿井发展和安全开采的"瓶颈"。在深井高地压软岩岩巷掘进中,应根据巷道用途和服务年限进行地质分析,合理选择岩性、巷道层位和适应综掘的巷道断面、支护及皮带排矸等后配套系统,为综掘创造条件。通过工程试验表明,深井高地压软岩岩巷掘进应用悬臂式半煤岩掘进机综合机械化掘进技术可推广应用。The factors like geological condition,mechanized degree,construction technology,etc.influence the rapid construction of rock roadway,so the driving rate is difficult to raise,and the mechanized efficient excavation and the shortage of rock roadway driving have always been the bottleneck of mine development and safe working.In rock excavation of soft rock with high ground pressure in deep mine,according to the roadway use and service life to analyze the geological condition,select reasonable rock character,roadway horizon and the backup system like roadway section,roadway support and belt dirt exclusion,ect.adopting to the fully mechanized excavation,which create conditions for fully mechanized excavation.The industrial test shows that the fully mechanized excavation technology of boom alternate heading used in the soft rock roadway with high ground pressure in deep mine is worth applying and popularizing.
