摘  要:目的研究枸杞多糖对人卵巢癌裸鼠IGF-I、IGFR、IGFBP-1水平干预的作用。方法利用卵巢癌细胞SK-OV-3腹腔种植于BABL/c雌性裸鼠建立荷人卵巢癌裸鼠腹腔种植瘤模型,观察其对人卵巢癌裸鼠的干预作用。结果模型组血清中IGF-Ⅰ水平、卵巢组织中IGFBP-1及IGFR水平与空白组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),显示造模成功。枸杞多糖能降低肿瘤引起的IGF-Ⅰ水平的升高,与空白组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);能升高由于肿瘤引起的IGFBP-1表达的下调,与空白组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异有统计学意义,高、中剂量组(P<0.01),低剂量组(P<0.05);能降低肿瘤引起的IGFR水平的升高,与空白组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论枸杞多糖能降低卵巢肿瘤引起的IGF-Ⅰ、IGFR水平的上升,IGFBP-1水平的下降,对卵巢癌具有一定的抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of Lyceum Barbarum Polysaccharides(LBP)on IGF-I,IGFR and IGFBP-1 level of Human ovarian carcinoma of nude mice.Methods The nude mice models were established with SK-OV-3 transplanted into abdominal cavity of BABL/c female mice and intervention of the polysaccharides on the mice with ovarian carcinoma.Results The differences of IGF-Ⅰ level in serum and IGFBP-1and IGFR level in ovarian tissue between model group and control group were significant(P〈0.01) which showed that the modelling were successful.the polysaccharides could increase the level of IGF-I caused by the carcinoma compared with control group(P〈0.05),with high and middle dosage group(P〈0.01) and with lower dosage group(P〉0.05);it also could decrease the level of IGF-I compared with control group(P〉0.05) and with all model groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion LBP can decrease the level of IGF-I and IGFR increased by the ovarian carcinoma and increase IGFBP-1 level to inhibit ovarian cancer.
