摘  要:目的观察舒胃汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠血清干细胞因子(SCF)、一氧化氮(NO)的影响,探讨舒胃汤治疗FD的作用机制。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、木香顺气丸组、莫沙必利组、舒胃汤低剂量组、舒胃汤高剂量组共6组,每组10只。除空白组外其余5组通过夹尾刺激方法制造功能性消化不良模型。模型组和空白组不给予药物处理,其余各组大鼠分别给予相应药物灌胃治疗14 d。采用ELASA法检测大鼠血清SCF、硝酸还原酶法检测大鼠血清NO含量变化。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清NO升高,SCF降低(均为P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;舒胃汤治疗后血清SCF升高(P<0.05),NO降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒胃汤能够调节功能性消化不良大鼠血浆NO、SCF水平的变化,恢复胃肠道运动功能,从而起到对功能性消化不良的治疗作用。Objective To observe the influences of Shuwei decoction on the content of serum nitric oxiode(NO) and stem cell factors(SCF) in functional dyspepsia(FD) rats and study the acting mechanism of the decoction on FD.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Muxiang Shunqi pills group,Mosapride group,Shuwei decoction high dose group and Shuwei decoction low dose group,10 rats in each group.All the rats except for in control group were induced the FD models by clasping their tails.Except for in control and model groups,the rats were given corresponding medicine in 14 days.And then,SCF were detected with ELASA and the content of serum NO with nitrate reductase.Results Compared with control group,serum NO increased significantly and serum SCF decreased in model group(P〈0.05);After treatment with Shuwei decoction,the serum SCF obviously increased(P〈0.05)and serum NO decreased(P〈0.05).Conclusion Shuwei decoction can regulate the serum NO and SCF levels,recover the function of gastrointestinal motility to treat FD in rats.
