摘　　要：目的测定广东、云南产阳春砂中乙酸龙脑酯的含量,以便更好地控制广东、云南产阳春砂的质量。方法通过气相色谱法测定广东、云南阳春砂中乙酸龙脑酯的含量。结果 5批广东、云南阳春砂中乙酸龙脑酯的含量平均值分别为14.48 mg/g砂仁(RSD=2.85%)、15.16 mg/g砂仁(RSD=2.49%)。结论云南产阳春砂乙酸龙脑酯含量更高,为云南阳春砂成为市场上阳春砂的主流品种提供了一条重要的科学依据。Objective It is to determine the contents of bornyl acetate in amomum villosum of Guangdong and Yunnan,to better control the quality of amomum villosum of Guangdong and Yunnan.Methods The contents of bornyl acetate in amomum villosum of Guangdong and Yunnan were determined by gas chromatography（GC）.Results The average contents of the bornyl acetate in the five batch amomum villosum of Guangdong and Yunnan were respectively 14.48 mg/g sharen（RSD=2.85%）,15.16 mg/g sharen（RSD=2.49%）.Conclusion The content of bornyl acetate in the Yunnan amomum villosum is higher,which provides an important scientific basis for amomum villosum in Yunnan to be mainstream specie on the market.
