摘　　要：借鉴了美军精确后勤和感知与反应后勤理论,结合我军实际分析和探讨了油料精确保障的概念、内涵和特征,并从促进信息化建设、改革油料保障体制、加强人才力量培养和推进油料保障训练等四个方面研究了建设油料精确保障能力的基本途径。The concept,connotation and characteristics of POL accurate support are analyzed first and the four aspects of the construction of POL accurate support capacity,namely,information construction,reform of POL support system,personnel cultivation and POL support training,are studied in detail with reference to the theory of Efficient Logistics and the logistics theory of Perception and Reaction of the U.S.army and the actual situation of the Chinese army.
