摘　　要：目的介绍近年来他汀类药物引发的不良反应及其药物动力学特性,探讨他汀类药物在临床上的应用及注意事项。方法收集与分析中国生物医学文献数据库及中国医院数字图书馆期刊全文库(2002年1月-2011年3月)相关文献,结合临床,进行综合分析及述评。结果他汀类药物应避免与抑制其代谢的药物合用,或选择无或很少相互作用的同类药物。结论随着适用人群的扩大,患者的临床情况千变万化,因此,须遵循个体化防治原则,选择更为理想的他汀类药物。Objective To introduce adverse reactions and pharmacokinetics characteristics of statin drugs in recent years,and discuss the clinical applications and attentions of them.Methods Relevant documents in Chinese Biological Medicine Literature Database and China hospital library journal full text（from January in 2002 to March in 2011）were collected and analyzed to a comprehensive analysis and commentary.Results The combination of statins with medicines that inhibit the metabolism of statins should be avoided,and the similar drug with no or little interaction was a good choice.Conclusion With the crowd expanding and the patients′ clinical situation changing,the individual treatment principles should be followed and the more desirable statins will be chose.
