摘　　要：港口物流管理本科人才培养必须在对港口物流内涵与行业需求深入研究的基础上,科学确定人才知识与能力结构,构建理想的课程体系,选择合适的培养路径,并做好教师队伍、实验室、实践培训基地、教材与课程、培养监控管理制度等相关的基础建设工作。To train undergraduate of port logistics management,we must determine the structure of talent＇s knowledge and capacity based on content of port logistics and industry needs,and build a scientific course system,select the appropriate training path,and make the basic work such as teachers,laboratory,practical training,teaching materials and course development,training and other related monitoring and management system.
