摘  要:以三氯化铁和聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂,氯水作为氧化剂,考察了气浮工艺用于海水淡化预处理的运行效果。结果表明:预氧化可以强化混凝+气浮预处理工艺对浊度、CODMn、UV254和TOC的去除效果,三氯化铁的最佳投加量为15~20 mg/L,聚合氯化铝最佳投加量为6~10mg/L,最佳气浮回流比为15%;在最佳运行条件下,预处理工艺对原水浊度、CODMn及TOC均表现出较好的去除效果,为保证出水水质达到反渗透工艺的进水水质要求,建议海水淡化预处理工艺为原水—预氧化—混凝—气浮—超滤。Air floatation process for the pretreatment of seawater desalination was studied with ferric chloride and polyaluminium chloride as coagulant, chlorine water as oxidant. The result showed that pre-oxidation could enhance the efficiency of coagulation + air floatation process for the removal of turbidity, CODMn, UV254 and TOC. The optimal dosage for ferric chloride was 15 -20 mg/L and 6 -10 mg/L for polyaluminium chloride, and optimal reflux ratio of air floatation was 15%. The pretreatment process showed satisfied efficiency for the removal of raw water turbidity, CODMn and TOC under optimal conditions. It was suggested that the process should be raw water - pre - oxidation - coagulation - air floatation -uhrafihration in order to ensure that the effluent water quality could reach the requirements of influent water quality of reverse osmosis.
