摘  要:介绍了一种基于CAN总线的市区供水站点分布式监控系统,包括系统组成、智能监控节点的软硬件设计、变频恒压供水系统模糊PID控制器。在赣南某自来水厂的应用结果表明,该系统能对各供水站监控节点的电机过热、过流、渗漏等情况进行有效监控,节点与上位计算机的通信数据稳定,界面友好,具有设计合理、可靠性高、运行稳定的特点。A distributed monitoring system for urban district water supply stands based on CAN bus was introduced, including composition of the system, software and hardware design for the intelligent monitoring node, fuzzy PID controller of the variable frequency and constant pressure system. The application of one waterworks in southern of Jiangxi Province indicated that the system could effectively monitor overheating, overcurrent and leakage of the monitoring nodes in water supply stands. The communication data from the monitoring nodes to host computer were stable with a friendly interface. The system presented a reasonable design, high reliability and stable operation.
