摘  要:采用气相色谱-原子发射光谱(GC-AED)方法考察催化裂化汽油重馏分中硫化物在MoCo/Al2O3催化剂上的加氢脱硫性能。结果表明,硫化物总脱硫率为95.4%,其中四氢噻吩和苯并噻吩脱除率为100%、烷基噻吩脱除率为95.7%、噻吩脱除率为94.4%、硫醇脱除率为83.5%、硫醚脱除率为81.3%。在H2S和烯烃环境下二次反应生成硫醇和硫醚,极大地降低了其脱除率。The hydrodesulfurization (HDS) of heavy cracked naphtha (HCN) over Mo-Co/Al2O3 catalyst were evaluated by gas chromatography-atomic emission detector (GC-AED) method. Results indicated that the total HDS rate of sulfur containing compounds in HCN was 95.4% ,in which the HDS rates of tetrahydrothiophene and benzothiophene were 100%, the HDS rate of alkylubstituted io-phene, thiophene, mercaptan and disulfide was 95.7%, 94.4%,83.5% and 81.3G, respectively. TheHDS rates of mercaptan and disulfide could be affected greatly by the presence of H2 S and olefins in thereaction system due to the formation of reversion mercaptans and disulfides.
