摘　　要：当前,针对我国林业知识产权意识淡薄、纠纷不断、林产品专利壁垒日益增多的现状,探索研究建立林业知识产权预警机制具有重要意义。文中总结国内外知识产权预警机制现状,分析国内林业知识产权预警机制存在的不足,指出建立林业知识产权预警机制的必要性,提出预警机制的具体内容。It is of great significance to study the early-warning mechanism of forestry intellectual property right in China,owing to the weak awareness of intellectual property right,constant dispute and increasing number of patent barriers of forest products.This paper summed up the current state of early warning mechanisms of forestry intellectual property right at home and abroad,analyzed the problems in early warning mechanism and pointed out the necessity to establish the early warning mechanism.Finally,it elaborated the specific content of the early warning mechanism.
