摘　　要：为了满足我国经济快速发展对矿产资源的需求,需要培育一个规范的矿业权市场,以促进矿业资源的勘查开发与利用。本文首先介绍我国矿业权市场概况,继而从矿业权市场的三个要素,即矿业权人、矿业权、中介机构入手,深入分析矿业权市场存在的问题,最后提出培育合格的矿业权市场主体、规范矿业权市场客体、完善矿业权市场中介等建议。In order to meet China＇s rapid economic development of the demand for mineral resources,we need to cultivate a standard mining market,which can promote the exploration of mineral resources development and utilization.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of China＇s mining rights market,and then analyzes deeply the problems of the mining rights market from three elements,namely mining people,mining rights,and intermediaries.Finally,the authors present suggestions in cultivating qualified mining market players,regulating the mining market objects,optimizing mining market intermediaries.
