摘 要:根据既有建筑结构"上部结构-基础-地基"共同作用的理念,从建(构)筑物整体结构出发,采用"微型桩注浆加固+钢筋混凝土框架板墙"综合方案,治理并加固牛西矿立风井回风道工程。该方案包括三方面内容:①采用微型桩(钢管桩)地面高压双液注浆加固风道填土地基,提高地基填土承载能力,削弱或消除地基不均匀沉降变形;②采用钢筋混凝土框架板墙加固风道砖砌墙体结构,形成"砌体-钢筋混凝土"组合墙体,提高墙体刚度和抗变形能力;③地表构建蓄水沉淀池与排水明沟,疏干排水,防止地表水下渗。Based on the idea of integral structure reinforcement and superstructure-foundation-soil interaction in existing buildings,an effectual method with mini-pile grouting consolidation technology and reinforced concrete frame was applied to control and improve the structural stability of air return way of ventilation shaft in Niuxi Mine.The scheme is mainly consisted of three parts.The first,mini piles and high pressure double grouting was used to reinforce the foundation to improve its supporting capacity of filled ground.The second,reinforced concrete frame acting with brick masonry structure of air return way was adopted to improve their tensile strength and higher resistance to deformation.The last,settling tank and open ditch drainage was built to prevent the infiltration of surface water around the ventilation shaft.
