摘　　要：依托大船重工集团规划建设项目,重点研究造船用400t大型龙门起重机的安装新技术,充分利用现有设施,将安装工程分为吊装和整机移位.采用新技术后的安装工程实施顺利,并将安装工程的成本、安全风险和施工周期降到了最低,实现了400t龙门起重机提前交工投产,产生了直接与间接的经济效益,并为大型龙门起重机的移位工程积累了经验.On the basis of a engineering construction of DSIC, this article researches on a new installation and shifiing technology of 400t gantry crane. Taking advantage of existing facilities sufficiently, the new technology includes lifting and shifting. The installation of gantry crane was accomplished successfully with reducing the cost, security risk and the construction period to minimum. The gantry crane was delivered ahead of schedule. It produced direct and indirect economic benefits to the factory and accumulated experience for shifting engineering of large gantry crane.
