摘　　要：供应链企业间的知识转移是供应链获取竞争优势的源泉.论文以供应链企业间的知识转移为研究对象,重点探讨影响供应链企业间知识转移有效性的影响因素.从供应链知识转移的广度、密度、速度、交互度的四度模型,提取知识模糊性、主体转移动机、能力差距、组织情境、合作关系、企业差异、转移平台、制度支持等影响因素,分析各因素对知识转移有效性的影响机理,提出假设,采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,借助结构方程模型检验假设并分析数据结果,研究表明供应商的转移动机、上下游企业间合作关系和能力差异等因素都正向影响知识传导有效性.最后,给出促进供应链企业间知识有效转移的建议.Knowledge transfer in supply chain is the source of competitive advantage of supply chain. It focuses on the knowledge transfer in supply chain, and discusses the factors that influence the knowledge transfer validity. Firstly, it builds up a four-dimension model including the transfer extent, density, speed, and interaction, analyzes the influencing mechanism of the factors such as motivation, relationship, knowledge ambiguity, organization situation, cooperative relationship, enterprise difference, transfer platform and institutional support. Then, it puts forward research hypotheses. It collects the empirical data by questionnaire survey, and analyzes the investigation results with structural equation model. It shows that the transfer motivation of providers, the cooperative relationship between up and down enterprises and proficiency difference all have positive effects on knowledge transfer performance. Finally, it raises some advices to promote knowledge transfer performance in supply chain.
