摘　　要：本文在理论分析的基础上,设计制造了9种具有不同齿形(厚度)的锯片。首先在试验锯机上进行了中间试验,对各种锯片的力能参数、动态特性参数作了测试分析;然后又在现场进行了工业试验,考核了各种锯片的使用性能。经分析比较,最后推荐了几种综合使用性能较好的锯片。9 kinds of saw blade with various teeth profile (thickness) are designed and manufactured. They are tested firstly in testing saw with intent to analysis the force, power and dynamic characteristic, then put into operation in medium section mill for checking their performances. Finally some blades with better performances are recommended by way of comparison and analysis.
