摘　　要：人类妊娠的生理过程极其复杂,子宫蜕膜自然杀伤细胞是妊娠早期子宫蜕膜中最主要的淋巴细胞,其功能明显区别于外周血自然杀伤细胞,妊娠期间参与蜕膜发生、子宫血管重铸和母胎免疫平衡的调节.蜕膜自然杀伤细胞表面表达多种抑制性和活化性受体,能与主要组织相容性复合物或非主要组织相容性复合物类配体结合,介导自然杀伤细胞处于抑制或活化状态.自然杀伤细胞的功能缺陷可导致复发性流产等病理性妊娠的发生.Physiological process of human pregnancy is extremely complicated, and decidual natural killer （dNK） cells are the most important decidual lymphocytes in early pregnancy. The function of dNK cells is different from the peripheral blood natural killer （PBNK） cells. They participate in the deciduas developing, recasting uterine blood vessels and regulating maternal-fetal immune balance. Decidual NK cells express many kinds of inhibitory and activating receptors, which can bind with major histocompatibility complex or non-major histocompatibility complex ligand, and regulate NK cells in inhibited or activated state. The defect of the NK cells may lead to pathological pregnancy occurrence such as recurrent abortion.
