摘　　要：职业弹性是职业开发领域中一个较新的概念,其结构的研究和测量工具的开发是对该概念进行深入探索的基础。通过回顾国外职业弹性的概念、结构和测量,利用中国样本研究了其结构,并开发了有关测量工具。Caree and reliable m on career resil sample, and d easure ience ＇ r resilience is a recent concept in the career development area.
