摘　　要：讨论了现代信息技术应用于农村基层文化教育、精神文明建设的相关问题,在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,提出现代信息技术在农村文化领域应用研究的基本思路和具体建议,为农村基层文化教育、精神文明建设服务。This article discussed some issues about applying modern information technology to culture and education construction in rural areas of China.It analyzed the research status at home and abroad,and then put forward essential research considerations and some specific countermeasures related to cultural and ideological progress.The purpose was to promote the rural culture and education,rural spirit civilization development.
